Unacceptable items for return:

Our small business aims to make sure you enjoy the purchase of your products, yet due to COVID we will not be accepting full returns on the following items:

  • Butters
    • Please Note: Butters are sensitive to heat so some melting may occur (this is natural).  You can allow your butter to sit at room temperature for a day or so to solidify again, or you can cool it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes as well.  Melted or not, your butter still is full of natural goodness.
  • Salves
    • Please Note: Oils are sensitive to heat so some melting may occur (this is natural).  You can allow your salve to sit at room temperature for a day to solidify again, or you can cool it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.  Melted or not, your salve is still powerful and potent.
  • Scrubs
    • Please Note: This proprietary blend of herbs and oils was created for those who have sensitive skin, yet if you find it to irritate your skin, discontinue use.  Please remember 1-3 days per week is the recommended use.
  • Gift Cards
  • Unsealed Soaps
  • Unsealed Oils
  • Unsealed Lip Balms
  • Unsealed Mists

If you are in fact dissatisfied with your order we are willing to provide you with replacement products of equal or current purchase value.  

If your item has not been unsealed or is damaged, a return label can be provided and you may return for a refund.  All claims must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.  A refund will be issued 14-21 days upon inspection and receipt of the item.   Pictures may be required as proof of claim, and too to help us better your customer experience.
